Today chance challenged perfect. On the last day of the month with only 4 hours before delivery, a roof rail accessory was missing a piece. With no other roof rail accessory in stock, driving to another Acura dealer was our only hope. To get the roof rail installed on time we had to move fast. As you probably are aware, month ends are always very busy. So who goes? Our Dealer Manager. That’s right. He's on the road in 5 minutes!
Meanwhile, energized Acura of Brookfield employees are busy assisting customers in our service lane while our showroom is buzzing with activity.
That new Acura is being delivered as I write, on time, accessorized as ordered and in museum like quality.
